• We have a team of tour professionals that can accompany any trip we propose, managing it entirely on your behalf
• Our tour leaders are fully trained, have a minimum of 5 years travel experience in the region, and accredited appropriately
• Our catering managers which will oversee the operation of the kitchen / meal delivery are all trained in health and safety
and food hygiene
• At least one member of the catering team is trained as a Shomer and all our staff are CRB checked and trained in first aid
