We have 900 dedicated suppliers in 17 countries, including 12 airlines and 380 hotels
We employ or sub-contract 35 local ground handlers to ensure everything goes smoothly
We have Kosher food suppliers in all advertised destinations

Our licences and credentials

• ATOL - all UK originating flights booked through us are protected by the CAA`s ATOL scheme. In the unlikely event of airline insolvency, the CAA will ensure that you are not stranded abroad and will arrange for a refund for any advanced booking.
• TTA - We are members of the Travel Trust Association, and all our holidays are protected by the TTA`s protection scheme. As members of the TTA, all your payments are held in a separate account which is managed by an independent trustee until the successful completion of the holiday, providing you with a total guarantee in case anything goes wrong. More details can be found on the TTA website.
• Train to Gain - we have been selected by the Learning and Skills Council`s Train to Gain scheme as a Skills Provider for our Group Guide and Tour Leader training programmes
• Insurance - according to UK law we carry Professional Indemnity, Public and Products Liability, and Employers Liability insurances with Hiscox Insurance Services Ltd. Copy of the certificate is available to customers by writing to us.
• ICO - we have a nominated, registered Data Controller with the Information Commissioner`s Office, to ensure all your private data is kept safe and secure from theft and fraud. Copy of the Notification is available from the ICO`s website
• CRB - we are registered with an Umbrella Body approved by the Criminal Record Bureau to carry out background checks of all members of staff and certain service providers for your complete peace of mind.
• The Jewish Travel Movement Limited is a Limited Company registered in England. Registration number 06738353. Registered office is at St. John`s House, 54 St. John`s Square, LONDON, EC1V 4JL. We are VAT exempt.
